Jhon Lozano, CPA
Jhon leads the firm's international tax strategy practice. He advises individuals and businesses on U.S. and cross-border planning, entity structuring and compliance, with a focus on clients who live in one country and earn, invest or operate in another.
Before founding the firm he worked in public accounting serving closely held businesses and their owners, where most of the questions that now define the practice first appeared.
Sofia Villamizar
Sofia directs firm operations and client experience: onboarding, document flow, deadlines and the follow-through that keeps every engagement moving. If something was promised, she is the reason it arrives on time.
She designed the firm's client portal process and the year-round planning calendar our clients receive each January.

Most of the cost in international tax does not come from the return. It comes from decisions made without a plan: the entity opened in a hurry, the property bought in the wrong name, the move dated by convenience. We spend our time on those decisions, so that the filing is the easy part.
We keep the firm small on purpose. It lets us say no to work that does not fit and yes to the clients we can serve well for years.
